    Who's Hannah?

I’m Hannah Malvin, a leadership coach and workplace culture consultant helping leaders lead well, strengthen relationships on their teams, and cultivate staff wellbeing. I’m certified in applied positive psychology, the scientific study of wellbeing, and I’ve worked with NASA, Amazon, Fidelity, and dozens of nonprofits.

    What's the Mindset Museum?

You’ve just stepped into a curated space where the mental playbooks of great coaches, leaders, and high-performing teams are on display. I’m inviting you into the highlights from the stack of books on my nightstand and my cue of podcasts and postgame press conferences with athletes and coaches. Every edition brings you a new exhibit: a mindset or principle that shapes resilient leadership and thriving team culture.

Why should I check it out?

The Mindset Museum helps us prime ourselves with positive, constructive examples of how to interpret stress, pressure, setbacks, failure, success, and competition. Exciting neuroscience research that I’ll share with you shows that our emotions and mindsets are not automatic. Rather, we can steep ourselves in exciting examples of resilient, optimistic, courageous, collaborative, curious mindsets to help us have those at-the-ready. Then the next time we’re making sense of a situation and considering how to handle it, we're primed to select a better mindset.

All leaders should be in the business of building great team experiences. How we show up on teams impacts the people closest to us, and we can continually learn how to be really good to them.
